Slow playback/preview 1fps

Hello,

Total newbee here.
I'm fooling around with a sinple project with 3d text, some particles and camera
preview is realy slow, i know that realtime performance is not garanteed, but 1 fps is really slow.
i got proxy on 1/3 res and MB off

On an other project with simple text 2 shaders, a glow and a animated blur... fusion runs on 5 fps, wich is still slow.

processor amd fx?????? 8 core 16gb RAM
video gtx 670 2gb ddr5

Can you post the comp here? Because it's difficult to know what is causing this, without some more additional info. 'some particles' doesn't mean anything to me. Is 'some' 10 or 10.000?

addemtum: when i take look in the task manager (while preview is rendering cpu) is on 25% and ram even less(16gb).?? hard drive 2%
