[Bug] Can't add macros using the Add Tool script?

I can add Macros using any menus just fine, but not via the Add Tool script (CTRL-Space or Shift-Space).
Fuses and tools are added as expected.

Actually, only Fuses that ship with Fusion work fine.
Custom Fuses fail to appear.

Wha? Is it a path issue? Meaning, if you move a Fuse to the same location where the shipping ones reside, does it work then?
