Quick Saver Tool Question

Is it possible to render out to a different frame size than that of your composition settings? For example, just brought in BMCC raw files at resolution of 2400x1350 @ 24 fps ND but want to render out at HD 1080p with same frame rate. Either there is something I am missing or this is not possible. Appreciate any help with this. Really starting to like Fusion and waiting for the Studio version to come out for OS X, really want OFX support. Also hoping other plug-in makers will get on board.

If you just want to convert the footage, add a resize tool after your loader and feed that into a saver.
Poof. You're done.
