BUG: VoLight corrupted after closing/reopening file

Under bins -> Templates -> Design -> VoLight. After setting up the effect as needed then saving/closing/reopening file, the effect gives the error "cannot get Parameter for input at time...". This is a reocurring bug that was also in version 7. Tested on several PC systems.
