Fusion 8 Primatte location

PostTue Oct 27, 2015 3:44 pm

Hey everyone,

Just downloaded the Fusion 8. I'm looking for the Primatte keyer and it's not in the Matte Tools bin and I can't find a tool bin called Primatte. Anyone know where I can find it?

Fusion 8 Beta 2 Mac.

I understand you are on a mac. Just want to say, so you know, that in the Windows version the tool is where it has always been, under Primatte. So it is still coming with that version. I can only speculate why it would not be with the MAC version? I know this does not help you! bust at least you know it should be there.

Cheers

Thanks for your input. I've watched some videos (done on windows) and it's right where you said it should be but it's absent from my version. It's really confusing me now.

This was discussed here before: right now the macro version comes without primematte. Maybe a license issue or something else. BMD has only said it will be in future versions also on the Mac version

This is a little annoying as I've just bought some training for Fusion which explains how to use Primate in great detail.....!!! Understand that this is Fusion 8 BETA and so a work in progress - hoping you can sort this guys as we really need that tool on MAC platform. Looking forward to using it.... soon?! Thanks :)
Kind regards
