Color picker in background tool picks the color from wrong place (far from the picker cursor)
You can area pick by holding cmd key but it behaves strange.
Fusion studio OS X built 23 on MacBook Pro.

Is this with a mouse or a tablet?

Tablet and trackpad, haven't tried mouse yet.

Are you using a dual monitor setup?
I've had issues where the pointer and it's coordinates are not in line. Test single monitor if you are in dual setup. If that works, try uninstalling the wacom and re-install, that has helped me in the past.
