Fusion User for Computer Screen Overlay

I’m looking to hire an experienced Fusion user to replace an empty computer screen, 5 to 10 second duration, shot clean in an over the shoulders angle with the computer off (without obstruction of the talent typing on the keyboard)
The shot has a camera reveal tilt up motion of the content being typed and the layer to be imposed over the screen needs to stay in place, together with the camera motion. Footage are from the BMCC 2.5K raw.

Is the footage that is to be superimposed available or does that need to be created as well?
I.e. is this just a comping job or also a design one?

The footage to be superimposed are available. It's a comping job only.
I'll contact you guys tonight when I get back to the studio after a long day shoot
