How to Store the Position of the Bin?

I want to have the Bin open at startup on my second monitor, along with my custom layout. But it seems to be the only window that refuses to have its position and size saved; it always opens right in the middle of the same monitor as the composition view.

Minor but irritating. Can the Bin's position be saved or not?

Thanks! Yes, it would be good to have the Bin position saved too - it's definitely not: tried everything I can think of. Layout saves are working great, apart from that.
