you can not Ctrl drag it lesser then .5, which is very disturbing. So for now I have to guess-enter values with numbers, and this is very inconvenient. A fix would be suitable... (on Fusion 8.1.1)

yes, it seems 0.5 is the hardcoded limit for this control

but maybe you should increase the scale of your scene
