Hi,
Is there a way to move the anchor point, manually by dragging the arrow
without putting the numbers in "X" and "Y"???
Please and thank you

Do you mean the axis in f.e. the transform tool? You can do this by selecting the little arrow on the bottom right of your viewer, where it says 'center' by default. If you press that arrow a dropdown list will appear, allowing you to choose the 'axis' The axis will turn red and you can then drag it around.
Alternatively by pressing tab with the viewer selected you will cycle through the various on-screen controls. Do this until the axis turns red and then you can drag it around.
Was this what you were looking for?

I did press the button (showed in the picture)
and i played with the options and it worked but for some strange reason...
when i moved the anchor point, the image would move slowly to the direction i was moving the anchor point (almost as if it were to push it) so i had to move it fast so the anchor point could catch it and then moved it

WAIT!!! i understood why the object moved when i moved the anchor point...
it was because i moved the center first before the pivot and it caused a weird mirrored movement
but thank you so much for the tips
