Paint Tool Newby

PostSat Oct 01, 2016 1:47 pm

Hi

I'm trying to conquer the paint tool and have a few questions about it.

Is it possible to connect a clone stroke to a tracker? I can't seem to order my nodes to get it working. I'd like my painted area to track to a hand and cover some effects makeup, then gradually reveal it.

Also I need to make adjustments to the stroke but can't work out which setting in the stroke controls would allow me to key frame changes. Or is there a better way to do this with the multi stoke tool?

Thank you in advance, I know these are likely easy things to solve once you know how!

Take a look here - there is a link to another topic with more info. I had same issues:

It's worth tracking the move first before you assign it to a new paint stroke.

It's good but not as flexible or as intuitive as DS used to be...
