I have a question about the range of numeric values for control panel sliders. I use the Gain in BrightnessContrast as an example. The Gain slider goes 0 to 1 to 5. I can key in a larger number, say 15, and then the slider automatically adjusts and becomes 0 to 1 to 15.

My question... Is there a way to decrease the range of the slider. For example: Is the a way to make it 0 to 1 to 2?

I realize I can hold down control for fine adjustment but if possible I would rather decrease the range of the slider as I feel it will give me better control.
