Text follower change SRT order to RST

The follower is a great idea but i seriously can't get a simple effect like a per rotation caracter plus a translation !
If i translate the character in Z for example plus a rotation like 180° the pivot point change an i can't get a per character rotation...
That's because the translation is operated before the rotation. I would like the rotation before the translation, is that possible ?
