Problem Install Fusion 8.2.1 on WIN7 - 64 bit

PostTue Jan 24, 2017 11:51 am

Hi everybody! I installed the latest Fusion 8 (Free Version) on my computer, but when ever I try to launch the programm it stucks with a white start image and thats it ... no response.

In the task manager I can see that FusionServer.exe is restarting all the time...

I allready unistalled all anti-virus software and deactivated the firewall...
Tryed to install via cmd as admin... no change.

Could it be a harware issue? I'm running a Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

Is there anybody who can help? I would appreciate! :)

Try right-clicking on Fusion shortcut and select "run as administrator"

If this work for you, it can be done permanently modifying the shotcut itself.

I already tryed that, tryed again today... :( No effect...

EDIT: Btw. are there older versions available? Just because I read that people had similar problems after updating Fusion?

On the BlackMagic Design website under support, scroll down to try Fusion 7.7.
