How to make a still image from a footage?

Hi guys,

I was wondering how to do this in fusion, since i know it was achievable in AE and im pretty sure its easier in fusion but i don't know how

Can you teach me?

You can trim the footage to the frame that you want and turn loop on.
Or just put a timestrecher after the footage and type the frame.
