Can't launch Fusion 8 free (win10)

It's loading (I see the welcome screen and some tech titles on it). Then Fuion starts, the main window appears. After three seconds Fsuion closes. Nothing on the screen. Without any error messaging.
When I tryed to start Fusion with old windows version compatibility, it were some errors with plugin loadings.
