Fusion fails to start due missing "xcb"

I tried to install Fusion 8.2.1 on a Linux Debian Jessie machine and when I try to run it Fusion exit with following error message:
How can I fix that ?

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb".
Available platform plugins are: xcb.
How can I fix that ?
