Where can I find dot connector in Fusion?????

Alt-click a wire, and one will appear. It's not currently possible to add one with a keyboard hotkey or an Add Tool dialogue.

Try:

OEM_PERIOD = "AddTool{ id = 'PipeRouter' }",

In the Hotkeys.fu file in the Flow View section (You may want to map another key for this, I've used'.')
