Follow paths and a wonky view

Hi all, I have a couple of questions I hope you can help me with.

Firstly, I was wondering about following paths in Fusion. I have a scene in 3D and I want to animate some icons along paths. I found a nice tute by Andrew Devis (http://tale2tell.com/fusion-motion-paths/) and it works great for 2d but I can't seem to make it work for 3d. Is there a way around this?

Also, In 3d space I have a Front view that is skewed. It's like an orthographic 3d view that has been rotated slightly. So basically it's not a true flat 2D view. How do I fix this please?
