Fusion 9 Unable to open Bins

PostWed Aug 02, 2017 10:49 pm

I am unable to open the Bins. I get the following error message on Windows 10 (I also have Ver 8 Installed).

Library on localhost [unsupported version. Please Update to FusionServer v9.0 or later.]
Templates on localhost [unsupported version. Please Update to FusionServer v9.0 or later.]

I have turned of Firewall and AV it doesn't seem to help.

The issue is that Fusion 9 is finding a running Fusion 8 FusionServer. Fusion 8 is happy with Fusion 9's FusionServer, but not the other way around.

If you have FusionServer set up as a service, you'll need to change that to use Fusion 9's FusionServer. If you aren't doing that, then it likely means you started Fusion 8 (which starts its FusionServer) before you started Fusion 9. Just have to make sure to start them in the other order :-/

Thanks folks.

I found a Fusion 8 Server in the services and disabled it and restarted, the Bins now open, though they are the same as before unless I am missing something?
