Disable Guide Causes CheckMark to be out of sync, Mac

Here's a weird little glitch in the GUI.
* click in timeline to create a new guide.
* Right click on the guide and select disable guide.
The guide becomes hidden as expected.
* Now Right click on the timeline and open Show Guide List
Here the Timeline checkmark next to the guide is On, but the guide is hidden.
* Click the timeline checkmark to turn it off.
Here the guide now reappears in the timeline, even though the checkmark is now off.
So the checkmark gets out of sync and functions backwards after using the disable guide in the popup menu.
