Fusion 9 thinks Quicktime movie file is image sequence

Title says it all - I upgraded from Fusion 8 to Fusion 9, and now whenever I try to load a Quicktime file I get this error:
Code: Select all
Loader1 failed to load file "C:\myclip0000.mov" (clip "C:\myclip.mov" at frame 0)

Has anyone else run into this yet?

What codec is the the file using?
