How do you make 2d animations/infographics in Fusion?
Is there any tutorial that someone knows about that I havent found?
Its maybe not what Fusion is made to do?
Doesnt have to be advanced animations.

Of course I do not know what you have found, but did you have a look at those two Youtube channels for example?
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkk0mmgb5UMuBjK8cT64nowhttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UCipLMPXrLt5ggS6L9oPwTOgThey are both showing various approaches for motion graphics, although not necessarily for Infographics, but some concepts for other applications can be translated I assume.
Even for a 2D animation look, you might want to consider using the 3D space in Fusion for certain parts.
Like in this timelapse video:

Oh, I will look in to those if they help me.
And another question,
If I haves stuff that is like plain colours and stuff, is there a feature where you can make everything look like for example paper or another material?

Look for overlay modes and displacement mapping.
