Drag tools up and down in the Timeline View

Hello there,

The manual states it should be possible to drag tools up or down freely in the Timeline but it doesn't work.

Previous posts have suggested this is a bug? If so, please can it be fixed :-)

Peculiar. I'd never tried it, but you're right: It doesn't seem to work. And it's really easy to get the Order Selection button to break, too. Maybe the technical writers got ahead of the developers and documented a feature that hasn't been finished? Send the issue directly to Support:
