fusion 9 won't start up

Hi to everybody,
I'm trying to reinstall Fusion on my workstation after a new os installation.
Davinci Resolve works perfectly but fusion won't start up, it freeze on the first screen (it remain all black) and the app doesnt' respond.....

I've Windows 7 64bit sp1.....

In the other workstation runs perfectly.....i don't know what to do...

I've tried do deactivate the antivirus, but nothing is changed.....

Fusion 9.0.2 build 15 under Win 7 pro 64 launches here FWIW.
