SDI to HDMI 6G Converter (Cant Upload Lut)

Hello,

I have the sdi to hdmi mini converter, when I try to upload LUT, nothing happens. No pop up, nothing. Why is this happening?

Where is the LUT from? is it a proper 33 pt LUT that the product can understand?
(Not all luts are created equally)

It's the software... I've notified BM long ago about it... it's not you. Last version that worked for me is 7.6.2, although I haven't tried the latest yet (10.0).
