TB 4 cable, is it backward compatible for TB 3 devices?

PostMon Mar 17, 2025 8:52 am

Hi, i have bought a BMD UltraStudio Monitor 3G, and now have to get a TB3 cable to connect it to my M1 Mini. I understand that the cable needs to be 'certified'.

Struggling to find a TB3 cable, will a TB4 work fine?

The apple one is crazy expensive, should i look at other brands that have the flash-logo...on just suffer and get the apple? thanks
