Is there a way to automate Effects in Fairlight

Hi,
I realize that automation covers many controls like Pan, Fader, Compressor, etc., but is there a way to handle controls outside of those, like Chorus, Reverb?

Yes is the answer. Here is an example with the Reverb.
Reverb is selected as a track effect. Select which parameter you wish to automate in the track header and turn the automation on in the plugin. When you now press play moving that parameter, in the example Distance, will write the automation. You can also do it with keyframes.

Or, would I just bounce that track to another one and add a second parameter?

You can automate as many parameters of as many FX as you like on a track. The only pain is that you have to do each parameter individually unless you have a control surface that will control plugins.

Oh, I see what you mean. You can make the changes to any one parameter at a time. Hmmm .... not very convenient without a console.

Just to add to what I said, though you can only display a single automation lane at a time, you can move multiple controls of the plugin and all their automation will be recorded.

This is common for most software that has automation.

It is, as you can only move one thing at a time with a mouse.
