Hey,
I have a Smartview G3 connected to a 360P, and also a Decklink IP connected. I'm able to use the 360P to route the ST2110 signal between the two devices on the Decklink IP. However when I try to do this to the SmartView G3 nothing works. I've tried both the SDI wire from the 360P (which can show the Status page fine though), and using the ST2110 connection.
When I try to assign the routing the 'source' field to the Decklink IP on the 360Ps UI just clears right away when I hit 'Take'.
I've also tried manually assigning the receiver using NMOS-Explorer, and that fails with an error.
Any tips on how to diagnose this issue?
