Check the timeline at the point the render stops to see if there is a gap there. Also make sure you don't have a range selected ( the grey bar just below the timecode ruler) where there is an out point at that location. You can either extend the range to the end or click Alt+X to remove it. You could also try reducing the render speed in the File tab of the Render Settings.
