My clips are playing like I hit fast forward

So I checked my timeline, frame rates and everything all my clips and everything is in 23.976 but it still plays like all my frame rates and timeline and clips are not matching when after checking everything is. What am I doing wrong ??

In the old days, this used to happen if you were just viewing Resolve internally on the actual system, and you didn't have an external monitor connected via a Blackmagic display device (like a Decklink or UltraStudio). If this is the case, go to User Prefs > System > Audio & Video IO, and choose "none." Then it should work.
