What format option is best for the SSD when using FCPX?

What format option is best for the SSD when using FCPX?

Hi guys just got the camera and just wanted to know whats the best SSD formal option when using mac and FCPX as an editing software.

The choice of the format is determined by your OS. Choose the one your operating system can read and format the disk.

p.s. wrong section of the forum, BMCC questions go in cinematography I think : )

I have 5 sandisk Extreme's they appear to work pretty well.
