Change monitor and move to digital world.
Analog connections are gone from new devices.

Wrong. Analog video synthesis is all the rage now and analog monitors like the Sony PVM and BVM series are going for thousands and thousands. . Get with the times.

Which current Sony BVM/PVM monitor has component input?
There were only about 4 PVM/BVM models which had analog component option board (BKM-229X). All discontinued now.
For now there are just few monitors (from LMD series which is not very good) with optional analog board. All from 2019 or earlier.
Not sure what you are trying to say: that component is thriving/must have connection? If anything it's opposite- it's old analog connection still present in many devices, but slowly dying.

There are BM TB3 models with component, but only inputs.
Cheapest option is something like TB3 UltraStudio 3G+ converter to component ( Mini Converter SDI to Analog). You could try eBay etc to save money, otherwise you're looking at around 300$.

The (discontinued) Ultrastudio Express does component IO and is forward compatible with TB3 though it’s a TB2 native device.

This pic shows both of the breakout cables, either will work, the unit requires one of them for composite/component IO.

Thanks people,
The main problem is the software where the with the workstation connected device work on
For instance the intensity shuttle thunderbolt needs the desktop video software and that is not working on apple's big sur so it is now an useless device because I work on big sur, downgrading is impossible with a mac.
But thanks a lot people

This is exactly my point. You may be forced to move forward or face all those obsolete app/drivers/hardware issues. At some point amount of workarounds/wasted time is simply not worth it.
