Any Audio Gurus Want To Help Me?

I need an advanced audio specialist to join me on my screen, and tweak the audio settings of the ATEM SOFTWARE CONTROL, and help me get the best sounding version of my Black Magic Pocket 4K camera. I am willing to pay hourly fee.

I have a SHURE MV4 which is both an XLR and a USB mic.

I have the xlr cable going from my microphone to the POCKET 4k, and then I am assuming the audio is going over the hdmi, which is showing up as MONO LEFT CHANNEL only in the ATEM SOFTWARE AUDIO MIXER....
