Ultrastudio 3G not working with Mac Studio

I've updated permissions and security etc, but the Mac Studio still won't recognize my Ultra Studio 3G. I've searched on the forum and everything has pointed me to go to recovery mode and changing the security, which I've already done.

Brand new Ultra Studio 3G out of the box with an Apple Thunderbolt 4 cable that was also brand new.

Contact support about it. Works fine here with my laptop.

Thanks Ulli. I tried doing an uninstall/reinstall of desktop video but to no avail once again.

I'm having the same issue. I have an Ultrastudio 3G running on a Mac Studio (OS Monterey, M1 Max, 32 GB).

I am using a TB4 cable connected to a TB port in the back of the computer. Desktop Video Setup detects the Ultrastudio 3G, but there is nothing showing on the second display.

I originally had this problem with a long (2M) Apple TB4 cable. I replaced the cable with an OWC shorter (12 inch) cable, and it worked...for a time. Then it stopped working.

I've tried multiple HDMI cables (Acer 10bit monitor - the same one that was working previously).

I've tried on both Resolve and Final Cut, and neither works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
