Resolve Dual GPU issue

I can say using two Titan RTXs can improve playback performance.

But when I do multitrack editing, it crashes. Then turning off one of them it does not crash.

I hope BMD fixes this in the future.

We will need your resolve generated diagnostic logs, from help menu, and full system details to be able to look for anything as we dont get crashes on multiple GPUs in the lab.
