Upscale error?

When rendering to UHD Davinci thinks that the UHD timeline with UHD + 4448x3096 footage is smaller than the export resolution (UHD) and needs upscaling. What might be going on?

Studio Version 18.1 on Mac
Proxy handling - disable all proxies

What is the resolution of the footage?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

You're showing the Project Master Settings, not the Timeline settings. (right click in the Media Pool on the timeline -> Timelines -> Timeline settings).
I suspect you have the Timeline Settings at lower resolution
