No Desktop video device detected

After upgrading to 18.5 from 17 the Desktop Video disappeared.
I uninstalled Desktop Video (12.4.2) and reinstalled. Still no Desktop video.
I uninstalled 12.4.2 and installed 12.4.1 - no Desktop Video.

update: The Decklink card does shows up in Device Manager

Any suggestions?

Update:
I used Revo Uninstaller to remove non working Desktop Video 12.4.1. Then I loaded
Desktop Video 12.2. It's now working!
