Media Asset Management system

Starting a new post environment with a remote team. Looking for recommendations for media asset management solutions (workflow systems) that support locking and tracking of asset use at the individual file level as well as project folder levels.

It would be fantastic if the system supports Resolve specifically as that's what will be used for post.

Graphic designers will also use the system for their asset creation management needs as well.
