Tangent Element Help

PostSun Aug 04, 2013 3:28 am

Ok, so I purchased a set of Tangent Elements panels, and now I'm having a bit of difficulty getting them to work with Resolve. I launched Tangent Synapse, all panels show up, I launch Resolve with the Element panel selected in preferences, but all I get is "synapse" in the panel displays.

OK, I just clicked reset in the Tangent Synapse window, now I have info in the display panels for Tk, Mf, Bt, but Kb is not lit up, nor working, any suggestions?

Currently I have HUB installed, and I have all but one panel working, Kb. It works in REDCINE X, but not Resolve, any ideas?

Von

Not enough power from USB?
Also try disabling in resolve, restarting, re enabling.
Also, more importantly, do not run anything that also uses the panels in the same session as resolve. Ie try to use them in resolve after computer restart.

So yeah. Do not launch the synapse. Quit it, disable it, restart ws, go to resolve, make settings, restart he ws, go to resolve, should be working.

oh now its working
I disconnected the USB of that panel
closed DaVinci
plugged the panel back
Clicked A to see the configuration and tried different knobs to see the value change
and then opened DaVinci again.

they all are working now.

thank you all.
