BlackMagic Multidock 10G too slow

I use the Apple USB-c cable to plug on my Blackmagic Multidock 10G and it's incredibly slow as you can see on the capture. Is the cable the problem or is it something else (I just have one usb-cable and only the Blackmagic device with usb-c connexion)

And here is a screen capture where it appears as a USB 2.1 device... But Why ?

Seems you have connected it to a USB 2 port and not a USB 3 capable port..

There are no usb 2,1 ports on the 2019 MacBook Pro 16.

So what is it whatr i'm seeing then?

I don’t know. This is why i posted this capture. I did not understand neither.

FYI the Apple usb-c charge cable is not tb3, might not be usb-3.1 either.

I use a USB-C cable from Belkin (mixit Duratek USB-C)

There his another strange thing.
WhenI format a SSD directly on my MacBook Pro, and I insert it in the BM Dock, it asks to initialize the SSD again.
If I initialize the SSD and the I try to plug in directly on the MacBoo Pro, it asks to initialize it.

Why can't I use the SSD on both?

I had BlackMagic on the phone. It seems that there is a problem with de Mulitdock. I am sending it back and they will make an exchange.

The USB bus will slow down to the speed of the slowest device on it. That is what you are seeing.

I have the same problem.

The problem came from cable which was sold as thunderbolt 3 and was not.
