Hi!
I seem to have a problem, that is not from Resolve but it is related.
if I try importing Media to start a project, I received the imported file with the message "Media Offline" in red.
I tried Re linking it, changing all kinds of setups but nothing seems to solve the problem.
What I found out is that when I look at the original file, still sitting on an IPHONE's folder when the phone is connected, the thumbnail shows the media and not an ICON. If I then double click on the thumbnail, I can see the video.
If I copy or download this file into my PC, then that THumbnail disappears. I can still see the video, but with the media player ICON rather than the thumbnail. But again, I can still see the video.
Now if I import that same file from the PC, Resolve says "Media Offline".
This doesn't happen with my GOPro files, what makes me think that I must be doing something wrong in the copying process from the Iphone to my PC OR with the fact that I moved the videos around, once they were on my PC. (again, the re link is not solving the problem).
Can anyone help this poor soul!?
