8K Pro weird Connector Numbering

i setup a new pc with 2x Decklink 8K Pro.
I want to use them both as 4 Channel Half Duplex to have each connector act as either in or out. On my other machine this works quite fine.
What happens on the new machine is, that I got a weird order of the connectors. So I dont have the connectors numbered 1-4 from left to right, I get a 1,3,2,4.
This is on the physical connectos as well as in the Desktop Video (and the vMix Capture Setup utility)

Also so far I am having trouble to have the connectors act as I want them to. Any idea what could cause this bug? The new computer is a intel core i9-9820X on a GIGABYTE X299X AORUS MASTER Mainboard. The PCIe 8x are enough for the 8K pro, correct?
