Blackmagic Intensity Pro stopped working

I posted in the PS3 topic because I thought that was the issue, but I don't seem to be getting anything at all, as I've just tried hooking up my Xbox 360 (via component, like the PS3) - and I know both that and the PS3 are outputting via component becauase I've tried that directly into my TV.

However, when Blackmagic Media Express is in capture mode, I'm getting a black screen. I've even tried updating to the latest drivers (Blackmagic_Desktop_Video_Windows_9.7.7.zip) which has given me BME 3.2, and I'm still just getting a black screen.

A couple of days ago, my PC crashed and any restore points created before it have (unhelpfully) disappeared.

HELP!

You don't mention setting anything in the Blackmagic Design Control panel. Did you configure everything needed there too?

By the way... the XBox does not implement HDCP over HDMI (unlike the PS3) so you can connect via HDMI instead of component (just be sure to set the appropriate input type in the BMD Control Panel)

Thanks for your reply.

Yep, on there,
output is HDMI & Component
Input is Component Video & Analog RCA Audio
Use video setup in NTSC: 7.5 IRE (although I'm using HD anyway)
Set default video standard as: HD 720p 59.94
Both output and input processing are off.

Also, I've since tried my Wii U via HDMI input, as I know that's also worked before, and that still works fine, so I know the card is okay. It's just doing nothing via component :?

Unfortunately, my Xbox 360 doesn't have an HDMI output.

After uninstalling the latest drivers and going back to the version I was using previously (Intensity 3.9.1), I still got nothing, but in a last ditch attempt to go back to first principles, I switched the PC off, undud the breakout cable, took the card out, blew off any dust, put it back in, connected everything back up, switched the PC on, and (after faffing about with the way you have to set the PS3 up) it now works via component.

Anyone know why I had to unplug the card to make it all work, though?
