Is power mask info included when exporting a LUT?

I like the workflow of building a LUT in resolve then exporting it and importing it into a Lumitry effect in Premiere Pro CC. Does anyone one know if the power mask info is kept in the LUT when it's exported?
Also, why are the power masks empty in the middle? Can't seem to just create a solid power mask they all seem to have middle part cut out.

No, a LUT can contain luminance/colour transforms but nothing isolated or 'local adjustments' by way of power windows (although a key or hue curves can work since it affects those things 'globally').
I don't understand your second question, the middle part is cut out? A power window either selects within the chosen area, or outside of it.

ok thx for the info. For the second question when I added a mask it wasn't creating a filled in circle it was just a feathered halo. But just tried again and now it's a full circle so not sure what happened there.
