I have used the program intensitycp.exe in the path program files (x86) /blackmagic desktop video
who work fine if intensity shutlle usb3 is well know in media express

CHANGING
you can changing (if you can't use "blackmagic multibridge utilities") in the control
panel of windows 7 64 bits and go to the 'Hardware and sound' section.
It's called 'BlackMagic Control Panel'
open it and change settings who are the same in Media Express !

to support : don't say remove all cards pci for working blackmagic multibridge utility i tried the same thing
it is not on the same bus pci and pci express are differents and memory allocate and irq are differents !! i verified
you must have the same property in intensitycp.exe and media express
if you want select video composite you mus have the same on intensitycp.exe and media express
to programmers: try to revrite your multibrige utility because there is one anomaly with your program !!!
can you explain that ????
try to change the microcode of blackmagic !!

THE THREE PCI CARD AND USB3 PCIE CARD WORK FINE IN CAPTURE !!!

RETURN EXPERIENCE
it is not a box for a beginner because compliance usb3 are too young and all the motherboard
don't respect the compliance !
but blackmagic design known their product and should be says that in their advertisements !!
and not in dark support !!!
i lost a lot of hours to do work the box usb3
I never lost so much time for anything other than the real blackmagic black box !!
SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS
1) HDMI mode it would be desirable to automatically recognize the mode and frequency resolutions by scan input (my net box does).
2) as express media was written by black magic design changes as soon
multibrige utilities express exchange media launch or a thread running in the funds
