Using thunderbolt display with pc/360

Ive done some searching but cant find a direct answer. Id like to reduce my setup to just one monitor. I have a thunderbolt display I use for my MBP and mac mini. Im wondering if I can use the thunderbolt as a real time monitor for my pc and 360. Im fine with switching cables when needed. Would any of the BM products allow me to do this?
