Davinci Resolve lite (gallery stills are crashing)

I'm working on an HD project with Resolve lite and I'm having an issue saving stills. When I right click and grab still everything looks okay, but when I close Resolve then reopen it.... the thumbnail is black, I'll double click it and it crashes my session. I've tried this several times even after restarting my computer. I'm working on windows 7 64bit / AMD 8core processor / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 TI / 8 gigs RAM.
I really need this to work since I'm planning on purchasing the full version of Resolve and applying my looks to a 4K version of the project.
