Intensity Shuttle not able to start

Hi!
I´just got our Intensity Shuttle and I´m running into trouble at once.
I try to install it on an HP elitebook 8540w but it´s not working. In BM:s Media Express no device is found and in windows device manager i get a yellow warning on the Intensity Shuttle in the listing of Audio and Video units, status saying its unable to start the device.

One problem also is that I wasn´t able to find and download the correct renesas USB drivers/firmware from the page at www.station-drivers.com that was posted in the booklet info. That page is down.

So I went to HP and downloaded the latest driverand firmware. But that bumped me to a higher version than recommended. Got driver 2.1.36.0 and firmware 3034 now.

So is the shuttle not compatible with the notebook or is the driver and firmware wrong. The version of the BM software is 9.7.5 (read that 9.7.7 is broken).

Thank's for any input!

I know this is likely not an issue... but... just checking that you did actually connect it in to a USB3 port (only two are USB3).

Good remark. Last week I would probably have done that mistake, didn't know that they were different :-). But now, I checked and double checked and I have tried both of the two USB3 ports on the right side. Still the Shuttle won´t run. Listed with a yellow warning i device manager and a message that It cannot start.
