Do you mean compiler for Windows?

Studio 2010 or 2012 should be your first choices.
I also use QT for Linux.

You will see that BMD's Media Express is QT based.
(Too bad they don't have Windows examples - Linux QT 4.8.1 works great)

For a Windows QT example for ATEM.

I have a Windows C# slide presenter if you need another example.
